What happened? The encounter submission is unable to record the behavior that I input on the encounter page
What did you expect to happen? The encounter page will display the behavior if I input in the encounter form
What are some steps we could take to reproduce the issue?
- report encounter
- fill out the behavior column (also the picture and etc to submit an encounter)
- submit encounter
- go to the encounter page
