Unable to open sharkbook

In which Wildbook did the issue occur? sharkbook

What operating system were you using? (eg. MacOS 10.15.3) Multiple computers (PC and mac) over the last day

What web browser were you using? (eg. Chrome 79) Multiple, mostly Chrome

What is your role on the site? (admin, researcher, etc) admin

What happened? I cannot get sharkbook to open. It loads for ages. Maybe I get a message that the site is taking too long to respond. I got the “bad gateway” notice once as well (screenshot below). I usually assume it’s our crappy Mozambique internet, but I’ve tried a bunch of different connections, and all the other sites are working fine. Is there maintenance happening?

Hi @AFlam

It has been restarted. It has gone down a few times in the past few days. We are investigating as our other platforms are not experiencing the same issue.
