Website crashing when I submit encounters

IoT to work as normal

What are some steps we could take to reproduce the issue?
Submit an encounter

I’ve reproduced this issue and restarted the server, which resolved it.

Can I confirm that this is working for you now, too?

This is either the second or third time that this has happened on IoT lately. If it happens again, I’ll file a ticket to investigate it more deeply.
