What happened? There are a few encounters with undefined account and location ID that seem to be added to my project. Not sure where they come from but they seem to appear when I am submitting encounters and the Internal Server Error 500 happens. I think some might be from the encounters I am trying to submit when it goes down but some aren’t as they have locations such as Kenya which I have never used. These encounters also do not have any pictures attached to them. I tried cleaning it up manually by deleting them from the project but it tells me that I am unauthorized to do so.
What did you expect to happen? None of these undefined encounters to appear.
What are some steps we could take to reproduce the issue? I think it is very hard to reproduce it giving what I said above but I have attached screenshots of it and I think you should be able to see them in the project.
