Urgent - User Matching not kicking off from encounter(s)

In which Wildbook did the issue occur? ACW

What operating system were you using? (eg. MacOS 10.15.3) Windows 10

What web browser were you using? (eg. Chrome 79) Chrome

What is your role on the site? (admin, researcher, etc) This was a researcher

What happened?

Matching would not kick off on multiple encounters during a training session

What did you expect to happen? Matching options menu to be provided

What are some steps we could take to reproduce the issue?

This does indeed look like a bug, but I will try to reproduce the behavior and hopefully get some insight about this as soon as possible!

Apologies for the late follow up on this one.

I’m not able to reproduce the issue on my mac.
Are you still unable to start a match from https://africancarnivore.wildbook.org/encounters/encounter.jsp?number=acc1b5cc-95f0-44ee-8c8f-bd91d8c245fd
on your machine? Perhaps this some temporary fussiness with the IA compute that has since resolved?

It seems that this was a transitory issue and I was able to rerun those matches later. Thanks for the followup.
