Thanks for posting this. We’ve been seeing this problem since Friday. I’ve restarted the server again, so it should be up and running soon. We’ll be looking into the issue in more detail as soon as possible. Thanks!

Yes we are seeing the same issue - it seems we are unable to report encounters as the website hangs

We found the issue: the database was not allocated enough RAM or connections. We have resolved the resource issue and Sharkbook has been back up and stable for a good amount of time. We are continuing to monitor it, but so far so good.
