In which Wildbook did the issue occur?

What happened?

I looked into CCS encounter and see missing information (missing data and time and wrong location) but when I asked my friend in CCS it appears correct when they check it. Can you be more specific about what data is missing and what specifically is incorrect with the data that is there? For example, what time do you see vs what your friend sees? What location do you see vs what your friend sees?

Is your friend also viewing the encounter with the same username you are signed in as or are they signed in under a different one? The more detail you can provide, the better we can find a solution for you.

Marking as resolved since we discussed over email that the Flukebook update corrected the missing date issue.
