Hey all, and Happy New Year!
As many of you know, we have some fairly problematic email issues where we are unable to get the automated emails to send from a Wildbook to users when there are updates regarding animals. This is something that we have tried to deal with ad-hoc, but have found it to be a deeper systemic issue.
As a major step in the right direction, we are changing from the MailJet service we currently use to MailChimp. MailChimp has better reporting, which means we should be able to troubleshoot any issues that crop up much more easily.
We wanted to let you all know this is happening so, during the transition, if you experience anything strange, you can let us know. Hopefully it will be a smooth transition, but always better to be prepared for bumps along the way.
