What web browser were you using? (eg. Chrome 79)

What is your role on the site? (admin, researcher, etc)

What happened?
Front page does not open normally, only top part of the page is visible (logo and navigation/menu bar).

Log in page opens, but after clicking log in it gives HTTP Status 500 – Internal Server Error page.

WWF Norppagalleria is one of the externally-managed wildbook instances.
WildMe doesn’t have access to the site to troubleshoot. But I can report that I’m having the same issues that you are. Do you happen to know anyone in the organization whom you can contact directly?

I dug into the issue, and it seems that the virtual machine is out of space. I’ve filed a ticket for it, and we’re tracking the issue internally as WB-1733.

I was able to restore it with a restart.
