Zebra Wildbook not deleting Import Task Completely

Hi,
I have an issue when trying to delete imports that had data entry issue, I am presented with an error, namely “Action results. Failure! I failed to delete this ImportTask. Check the logs for more details”
Please help.

Can you post the link to the import you’re trying to delete so that I can take a look and see what’s going on?

**Expected Behavior** When a user clicks on the Delete importTask button, the bu…lk import is deleted right away. **Current Behavior** Clicking the button does not immediately delete the import, but only a few encounters at a time. Zebra has been taking longer than usual to delete bulk imports. They still process, but not as fast as they usually do. The difference in your report is that this isn’t usually accompanied by an error message. I’ll add this example to the ticket and follow up with the devs.
