Hi @Anastasia, a user has just reported 2 bulk imports that were sent to detection weeks ago and are still at 0/x # of detections complete. Could you push these through, please? My assumption is that they got stuck due to an outage. I checked her taxonomy an it appears correct in both. I’ve asked for the spreadsheets just in case and will forward when I get them.
