What is the entire URL out of the browser, exactly where the error occurred?
Can you describe what the issue is you’re experiencing?
The owner of these 2 bulk imports reported to me that they are stuck in detection mid-way through.
Since these were uploaded at the beginning of September, I’m wondering if they possibly were affected by an outage we might have experienced around the same time?
I’ve received the spreadsheet for the first upload from the user which I’ll forward to the services @ email but hopefully just a manual re-start of the detector will fix the problem.
