What is the entire URL out of the browser, exactly where the error occurred?
Can you describe what the issue is you’re experiencing?
This bulk import has errors on all match results page. The user tells me that re-sent it to ID when it might have been still getting processed after @jason pushed the jobs affected by the recent disk drive failure, as she couldn’t see the status at the time.
Should we just re-send it again to ID or is there something preventing it from succeeding? I’ve asked the user for the upload spreadsheet and once I get it I’ll check it over but since she has successfully uploaded and processed through IA 16 previous bulk imports, I doubt the issue is in the spreadsheet.
