What is the entire URL out of the browser, exactly where the error occurred?
The following bulk imports have been stuck at zero detections complete for several days now:

Thanks for sending the spreadsheets! I think the italic text should be fine. I don’t recall it being an issue with past imports.
I’ve re-sent these through detection. The first link is already complete. I’ll keep an eye on progress for the rest.

Everything looks like it’s progressing normally, so this one should be done soon, too.
Hi @anastasia, thanks for looking into this one. It’s very odd because after a few days of no progress with these, I could see that there were 0 detection jobs in the queue, and other bulk imports that were uploaded after these had completed detection and ID. Which is what prompted me to post this. Must be some fun gremlins in the wires…
