It is back up. We will check why our monitors did not fire. This caught us over the long holiday weekend, but the monitors should have sent a warning.
Please note: ACW’s recent outages are occurring because the server is under resourced for RAM, and the disks are filling up. I will need to schedule a Wildbook and server upgrade to prevent this moving forward.
I have modified our monitoring software to send hourly messages if ACW is down. This should ensure we receive continuous notifications until outages are resolved.
