What is the entire URL out of the browser, exactly where the error occurred?

Can you describe what the issue is you’re experiencing?

Jobs sent to matching are not progressing

Can you provide steps on how to reproduce what you’re experiencing?

Please restart server if indeed we have stalled queue

Just checked. The server is healthy and processing jobs. Some of the most recent jobs are taking 18-19 minutes each, which is slow but may indicate a lot of HotSpotter caching from new data. However, they are moving through, with both of the active jobs started just a few minutes ago.

Watching our internal monitor, I can see that a load of new jobs was just added (purple line):

So the server is actively accepting and processing jobs. I’ll keep an eye on it, but all looks well right now.
