ACW: unusual Location IDs in all 'Search'

What operating system were you using? MacOS Sequoia 15.5

What web browser were you using? Chrome

What is your role on the site? Researcher

What happened?
In the ACW, all types of ‘Search’ display a selection of unusual (German?) ‘Location ID’ names.

What did you expect to happen?
Find default names of African places, countries.

What are some steps we could take to reproduce the issue?
Choose any ‘Search’ in the ACW, scroll to ‘Location ID’ and see drop-down list options.

I’m not seeing anything unusual when I check the Location ID menus in encounter or individual searches. I also checked the Report an encounter page and everything looks correct there, too.
