ACW very slow - not getting match results periodically over the past few days

Can you describe what the issue is you’re experiencing?
A researcher in South Africa has reported extreme slowness when running matches - where her match results page is saying “attempting to fetch results” and refreshing the page gives the same message.

Occurred approx.: Thurs June 3 from 12am - 2am PT; Sunday (no time given); and, Monday June 7 9pm - at least 9:30pm PT

The user has had to abandon her session each time due to this issue. Is there anything (ex surge of users? uploads? other?) on the Wildbook side that could be causing this?

Hi, the slowness is continuing now reported by both a South African user - that the past few days she’s had only intermittent success getting match results and today, @PaulK and I have both had issues.

Me: this morning on a call with a researcher @ around 1030am PT, I ran 2 matches and the system was fetching results for over 10mins.
Paul: this evening (5:45-6:15pm PT) is also getting the “fetching match results” message and no results are displaying.
