Can you describe what the issue is you’re experiencing?
A researcher in South Africa has reported extreme slowness when running matches - where her match results page is saying “attempting to fetch results” and refreshing the page gives the same message.
Occurred approx.: Thurs June 3 from 12am - 2am PT; Sunday (no time given); and, Monday June 7 9pm - at least 9:30pm PT
The user has had to abandon her session each time due to this issue. Is there anything (ex surge of users? uploads? other?) on the Wildbook side that could be causing this?
