What is the entire URL out of the browser, exactly where the error occurred? no error, I’d just like to add a role to user Anke Klueter, so she can assist with matching at any location. I thought I did that under user management but she still cant do matching. So probably you guys have to do that. I’m not sure if there is a matching-only role? thank you!

There’s probably a more elegant way to describe this, but roles work like stacking legos:Researcher is the foundation level that gives users the ability to work on matches and export their data. OrgAdmin gives them the ability to manage users within a specific org and the data for those members. Then at the top is Admin, which has unrestricted access to view and manage data for all users of that Wildbook.
The other roles like image reviewer or machine learning are older roles that aren’t functional anymore. Researcher, org admin, and admin are the primary permissions you’ll manage.
She just needed the researcher and org admin roles added as well, which I’ve saved.
