What is the entire URL out of the browser, exactly where the error occurred? Flukebook | Login

Can you describe what the issue is you’re experiencing? I signed up a researcher. First, had no access to her data, now she cannot even sign in to her account I created.

Can you provide steps on how to reproduce what you’re experiencing? Two-fold: I can see a submission from her, but cannot access it, even though she is listed as collaborator. In addition, she can no longer access the account I created for her.

The individual is Madeline Voshell, and the project is summer dolphin count 2022. You will probably see she has one submission, but even after creating her account I was not given access to view or include it. And now she said she is unable to log in using the same account I registered her with initially.
