Allowing collaborators full rights over a project?

What Wildbook are you working in?
Flukebook

What is the entire URL out of the browser, exactly where the error occurred?
Not really an error…

Can you describe what the issue is you’re experiencing?
I have projects with collaborators and I would like them to have full rights over that project data - viewing, exporting, editing, deleting etc - same as I have. I have added them on the ‘Project management’ page so I see their usernames there fine but they report not being able to do things like download data and edit encounters - is there a place I can give them more rights?

Can you provide steps on how to reproduce what you’re experiencing?
NA

Hi @ler4

You’ll want to set up a Collaboration with edit permissions for each of your project partners. You can do this from your My Account page. The other user will receive a notification to accept or deny the request. You can later edit or revoke the collaboration from this page as well.

Adding folks to a project allows them to add encounters to it, but the collaboration is what gives them permission to edit or confirm matches on an encounter they didn’t upload.

Ah wonderful thank you for the rapid information
