Always "Attempt to fetch result", can't see pictures

What is the entire URL out of the browser, exactly where the error occurred?

Can you describe what the issue is you’re experiencing?

  • The identification has been finished for 2 days, but it is still shown as:
    “Computer Vision Status: identification requests sent (see below)
    Refreshing results in 41 seconds.”
    And when I look into the match result, it is always “attempt to fetch result”. I can’t see any of the picture.

Can you provide steps on how to reproduce what you’re experiencing?

  • I uploaded pictures and the excel through bulk import, sent to identification, and everything looked great. However, after all images sent to IA, and seemed like 100% accomplished, it still not stops now, and I couldn’t see the result.

Hi @xie.bing

I upgraded the server to a newer version of Wildbook, which had fixes for this issue. I am now seeing all of your matches completed and linked from the import page. Please send me any links to examples where matching did not finish if you find them and I can did deeper. Otherwise, I see the import now reflecting the work that machine learning did on detection and ID.
