What happened?

Hi,
my recent bulk import: Amphibian and Reptile Wildbook | Login
is stuck in detection stage for three days now. Could you please look into it?

What did you expect to happen?
Finish detection so that I can move on to identification.

What are some steps we could take to reproduce the issue?
The bulk import includes 532 images of 218 fire salamander encounters. I’ve sent the bulk import spreadsheet via email.

If this is a bulk import report, send the spreadsheet to services@wildme.org with the email subject line matching your bug report

Hey Max,
I’ve reviewed your spreadsheet and the species isn’t listed. Detection won’t run without a listed species. This will be two columns:

Encounter.genus
Encounter.specificEpithet

You’ll need to delete and reimport with the corrected spreadsheet.
