When I click show match results for an annotation in an unassigned encounter, the candidate results show up with the scores and images but the original image with the Annotation I am trying to match against does not appear. It does not happen every time, but since it has happened a couple times and not sure what is causing it intermittently I thought I would report it…
Thanks for letting us know. Typically, re-running the match will correct this. If you see this happen again, or notice that it’s becoming more frequent send us the links to those match results so we can look if there’s a wider issue going on.
Ok will try rerunning if needed. It isnt a huge deal as I work alongside our main catalogue and can look up the target image. However I just finished validating a bulk import and it occured on at least 7 encounters (out of 190) but I only started noting it about half way through. Do you want me to send you the links for those ones I noted it by email?
That would be great! Multiple times in a single import is definitely unusual behavior we want to review.
