What is the entire URL out of the browser, exactly where the error occurred?
Can you describe what the issue is you’re experiencing?
For the above two encounters a new manual annotation does not appear to have worked properly. When I try to run a new match I get an error message.
here was an error with task a24201a9-3830-4bdf-86f6-1692e0e0f730: *unknown error
After hitting Save when creating the new annotation the page that pops up is not the same as normal when it says a new annotation has been created. It just says Manual Annotation Media Asset (and a number)
This has happened before but usually if I create a new annotation it goes away but that doesn’t appear to be happening.
Can you provide steps on how to reproduce what you’re experiencing?
