What is the entire URL out of the browser, exactly where the error occurred?

Can you describe what the issue is you’re experiencing?
When i want to approve a match there is no option for use the next name on the list that used to be there to check next to the Tyoe New or Existing name. I’ve checked a few and dont see it available anymore

Can you provide steps on how to reproduce what you’re experiencing?

Seems to have corrected itself after I entered a name manually

This problem of not having the box to check about using the next name in the location is continuing to happen. It doesn’t happen all the time but happens frequently. Here is a video I created to explain a work around for when it happens but maybe there is just an glitch that needs to be fixed?
