What Wildbook are you working in?

What is the entire URL out of the browser, exactly where the error occurred?

Can you describe what the issue is you’re experiencing?
I want to match pictures in the project “Kruppwald Neu” but Wildbook is not suggesting any match results even after long time waiting
Can you provide steps on how to reproduce what you’re experiencing?

Hi @LauraSchulte

I verified the queue for ARW is empty. Can you try restarting the match on the encounter? If that doesn’t work, sometimes deleting the annotation and adding it again can help.

I have now matched a few more pictures from the same project. TBH it seems to be still a bit slower than usual but now I am getting results. So all good, thanks :slight_smile:
