ARW photos are stuck in identification

Dear WildMe Team,

we, the firesalamander team, that works with the ARW, experience some problems with the image identification at the moment. Our Bulk imports get stuck in identification. Detection works fine, but once the photos are send to identification, they get stuck and the status doesn’t change anymore. ARW always shows the status [salamander_fire_adult: {queued=2}]
We tried sending the photos to identification again, but that didn’t solve the problem, unfortunately.
I got feedback from another user who is importing Yellow-bellied toad data at the moment, that she observed the same problem with her photos (the status is “yellow_bellied_toad: queuing” in her case, respectively).
You can have a look at the problem by inspecting the following bulk import logs:

Maybe you know what the source of this problem could be. Thanks in advance for your help

Have a good weekend and best regards

Sean

Hi @Sean.Grond

There’s a pretty big queue in ARW right now that’s getting exacerbated as people get impatient and keep resending jobs to ID. Please be patient as ARW is slowly getting through all of the queued jobs.
