What is the entire URL out of the browser, exactly where the error occurred? No URL, it’s an email issue
Can you describe what the issue is you’re experiencing?
Nerida and I have realized that we’re no longer getting email notifications at email@example.com when people submit encounters or when we process them. I checked our siowamteam account in Wildbook and it looks like the address is still entered correctly and the box is checked to receive automated emails, so I’m not sure if maybe something got switched or turned off somewhere else during the email server transition? Thanks for your help!
Can you provide steps on how to reproduce what you’re experiencing?
Just that when encounters are submitted or processed, we no longer receive the email notifications that we used to.
