Automated emails to admin address

What is the entire URL out of the browser, exactly where the error occurred? No URL, it’s an email issue

Can you describe what the issue is you’re experiencing?

Nerida and I have realized that we’re no longer getting email notifications at admin@seadragonsearch.org when people submit encounters or when we process them. I checked our siowamteam account in Wildbook and it looks like the address is still entered correctly and the box is checked to receive automated emails, so I’m not sure if maybe something got switched or turned off somewhere else during the email server transition? Thanks for your help!

Just that when encounters are submitted or processed, we no longer receive the email notifications that we used to.

If this is a bulk import report, send the spreadsheet to services@wildme.org with the email subject line matching your bug report

TLDR; It was a weird email configuration setting in which the server thought itself clever and tried to deliver to admin@sead… locally on the server because donotreply@sead… is also from the same domain name. I now have the system insisting on sending out via MailChimp even if the from: and to: addresses are from the same domain name.

Should be resolved, and apologies for the test emails you would have received.
