Automated submission emails missing for at least 1 user in SeadragonSearch

In which Wildbook did the issue occur? SeadragonSearch

What operating system were you using? (eg. MacOS 10.15.3) MacOS 15.7.7

What web browser were you using? (eg. Chrome 79) Version 148.0.7778.216

What is your role on the site? (admin, researcher, etc) admin

What happened? User Andrew Trevor-Jones is not receiving automated submission emails.

What did you expect to happen? emails to go to him

What are some steps we could take to reproduce the issue? not sure. I unchecked and rechecked the box on his user account. and asked him to test again. Still no luck. It could be that no one is getting thme- he’s just the most diligent subnitter and reporter. our canary ATJ!

Andrew appears to have two email addresses in Seadragon Search. I checked the original account and it looks like as of May 31, he’s getting notifications to his original email address.

From May 30 and earlier, our dashboard labeled those not delivered due to a soft bounce which it defined as: “When a recipient bounces, marks your message as spam, or unsubscribes, Mandrill will refuse to send more to that recipient for a certain period of time, based on how many times the recipient has bounced or complained and how serious the issue is.”

Edited to add: This appears to have started May 27th due to his mailbox being full. The last time notifications wen through uninterrupted before then was may 25.
