Best way to document anomalies in a searchable manner

What Wildbook are you working in? Internet of Turtles

What is the entire URL out of the browser, exactly where the error occurred?

Can you describe what the issue is you’re experiencing?

We’d like to document anomalies we’re seeing in the Turtle encounters (e.g. fishing lure entanglement, eye tumor, etc.). Initially I was using the ‘Additional comments’ under Attributes, but that field doesn’t seem searchable.

Looking for suggestions

Can you provide steps on how to reproduce what you’re experiencing?

If this is a bulk import report, send the spreadsheet to services@wildme.org with the email subject line matching your bug report

Hi @GoBeach

I think you might be right. While I verify where it lives in the standard encounter search menu, I did check the Classic encounter search and see that you can search for your comments under Metadata filters > Observation comments include string. I tested by searching for the word “entanglement” and the results that came up had it in the Additional Comments section.

OK, I already have an update! In the standard encounter search the path is Sightings > Observation attribute > Observation comments
