I resent the identification several times and it’s still blocked, I don’t know what to do.

Hi Emma! The ID status is currently queueing, so it’s looks to be working normally. Here are a list of statuses and what they mean: Bulk Import FAQ - Wild Me Documentation
If any of them come back as error, exception, or suppressed, let us know. Otherwise, it appears to be progressing normally.
