Hi, I have a problem with some identification of bulk import (TtExpe20226N1.xlsx). When I check if there are some match, it’s the first time that I see that and I am not sure that it’s normal. It happens for a very large part of the photos… Thank you by advance!

This is a normal match result for Hotspotter. If the match score for a candidate is 0, it won’t display on your match page.
You can see in your screenshot that Flukebook checked against 1781 other Tursiops truncatus in this location ID and determined that none were a close match for it.
You can try re-sending an encounter to ID and choose multiple location IDs to search within to increase the number of match candidates checked. Another option is to re-send your entire import to ID against all locations.
