Bulk import is stuck at the detection process.

Can you provide steps on how to reproduce what you’re experiencing?

I summited a bulk import, the import process was completed however it stops at the detection process. I’ve tried deleting the import and reuploading it and it continues to get stuck on the detection process (it has stayed the same for several days).

Detection and identification can take longer to complete if there are lots of other jobs waiting to process. Deleting and re-uploading doesn’t fix this, it only adds to the backup because re-submitting the requests doesn’t cancel out the previous ones. Flukebook has worked through about 4000 jobs today, so we need to give it time to finish processing.

Let me know by tomorrow if you still haven’t seen any progress.

Quick update: we did end up restarting Flukebook this afternoon. After the restart I verified that detection on your import completed. I went ahead and sent it to identification for you.
