The bulk importing is not being complete and stuck at importing

I bulk import 175 photos and excel file, during which shown no error but the import is only 1/3 done and stuck for 2 days

Thanks for sending your spreadsheet! It looks like an error occurred during import and it didn’t finish importing your data. This particular error doesn’t appear related to your spreadsheet.
I recommend deleting this import and then trying to upload it again.
Actually, it looks like Sharkbook had run out of disk space when you attempted you import. We’ve increased disk space and you don’t have to delete this import. It’s finally completed detection and is ready for ID.

I think I still see only the one that hasnt been stuck and it still show importing 96. I believe my whole data has around 175 input and not all of them has gone through. Will I need to reupload the data?
In that case, I do recommend deleting this import and uploading your spreadsheet again. Sorry for not catching that earlier!

I try deleting the import and it failed several time.
Is there anyway you could help me delete the import.

Thanks for the heads up; I ran into this in Sharkbook today, too. It’s fixed now and I was able to delete your stuck import.
We also resolved the issue with new import getting stuck during upload. Thanks for hanging in there!
