What is the entire URL out of the browser, exactly where the error occurred?

Can you describe what the issue is you’re experiencing?

I’m trying to run a bulk import with my CSV and images, but after clicking process I get an error message “Your task failed to process due to an error”.

Can you provide steps on how to reproduce what you’re experiencing?

If this is a bulk import report, send the spreadsheet to services@wildme.org with the email subject line matching your bug report

It looks like the initial upload attempt failed. Try deleting this import and uploading it again.

I also recommend deleting any unused fields in your spreadsheet before uploading it to reduce the likelihood of errors.

Hi Anastasia, thanks for the quick response.

I tried what you suggested and also deleted the unused columns, but I’m still getting the same error.
