During the bulk import, the photos do not match the entries in the table and are therefore flagged as invalid. However, the filenames of the images and the corresponding names in the Excel file are identical.
Can you send an email with your spreadhseet and a couple of your images to services@wildme.org so I can take a closer look?
Thanks for sending your files! You need to include the file extension as part of the filename in the spreadsheet.
For example, the image “Encounter.mediaAsset1” needs to be entered as “Encounter.mediaAsset1.jpg”. Once you add “.jpg” to your image names, it should stop flagging the images as invalid.
