Can you describe what the issue is you’re experiencing? My latest bulk import seems stuck in detection. Initially an image was blocking the detection process so I deleted the import and did a new one with a correct image but detection does not seem to go ahead still and I don’t have an error anymore.
Can you provide steps on how to reproduce what you’re experiencing?
If this is a bulk import report, send the spreadsheet to services@wildme.org with the email subject line matching your bug report
I found the problem so it’s all fixed!
I have a problem with another bulk import - I checked it couple of times but cannot find an error. Please advise:

It looks like it got stuck before it could prepare for detection. We’ve resolved this and your import has now completed detection and is ready for ID.

Thank you. I see detection is complete but I can’t launch identification though.
This still appears:
Data Import Status: Registering image assets for 73/73 encounters.
Computer Vision Status: detection complete
