What happened?

I have an issue on my bulk import named “Ks.DSWP.20200224”. Import and detection are ok, but for the identification part i have this message : No data to match against, please refine your matching parameters. the pictures are from Shane Gero as it is mentioned in the bulk. I don’t know if the issue comes from the User name… I can not compare these pictures with those of the CCS to see if there is a match between both.
Can you help me with this?

What did you expect to happen?
I would like to compare these pictures to those of the Caribbean Cetacean Society. They all are in the Caribbean Sea

Hi @lsimon

There’s only one encounter of Kogia sima in Dominica, and it’s of the encounter in this import. The message is correct; there are no other match candidates for this species and location ID combination.

You can try to start a new match and select any neighboring location IDs to broaden your candidate pool.

ok thank you for the tip
