What is the entire URL out of the browser, exactly where the error occurred?

Hello,
We got some issues with the Bulk Import. First we tried to upload 400 Pictures at one time. That just dont work. So we decided to split up the uploads. Now we only upload 100 Pictures an one Time. But the Bulk Import just stop at the Step Send to Identification. Since a week they are in the queue. I also cant assign the imported Pictures to a Projekt.
Can you provide steps on how to reproduce what you’re experiencing?
After detection we send the Pictures to identification. And there it stucks.

ARW has had massive amounts of bulk import jobs that are taking a long time to process. Part of the reason we’re moving away from Hotspotter is because it’s the primary contributor of these slowdowns in the bulk import queue. Every time someone resends their queued bulk import to ID, it adds to the backlog. Please be patient while it completes.

If you want to assign these encounter to a project, you can do so by updating your spreadsheet using the instruction in our help docs for importing into an existing or new project: Projects — Wildbook documentation
