Bulk import not recognizing .xlsx file

In which Wildbook did the issue occur?

What happened?
Following usual bulk upload procedure but when I get to do trial upload of xlsx file the system gives me this error message.

What did you expect to happen?
Trial upload to start after this screen

What are some steps we could take to reproduce the issue?
I will send the bulk upload file

I was able to reproduce the issue. Rather than a bug, this ended up being an out-of-space issue on the /data drive of Wildbook. A good testament to the success of your data growth!

I have removed unneeded, old files on the /data drive, freeing space to 84%. This restores Wildbook to full functionality, and I was able to proceed further in the bulk upload process (but did not commit of course). You should be unblocked now.

I have also filed ticket WB-1926 to extend the /data drive with more space.
