Also, I noticed that this bulk import did not include the Encounter.submitterID
field so these encounters aren’t assigned to anyone. It looks like Michael uploaded it so he should still be able to edit these, but they won’t appear in an encounter search by username.

It looks like there’s an issue with image “107907MSAL.jpg” from this encounter that’s preventing detection from completing. You can try to delete the image from the encounter and manually upload it to the encounter later or delete the encounter entirely and upload it separately. I’m not able to determine what specifically about this image is causing it to be rejected.
Thanks very much @Anastasia, I can see the detection went through and I’ll try uploading the image again separately. If possible, are you able to add michael to the Encounter.submitterID?
I don’t have a way to make mass updates to encounters. Since there are too many encounters in this import to manually assign them to Michael, it’ll be faster to have him correct his spreadsheet, delete the import, and upload it again.
