Can you describe what the issue is you’re experiencing?
There was a jpg that I only just discovered as not working in my bulk import. I have deleted that file from its respective encounter. I unfortunately sent the import to detection before I found the messed up jpg file. It appears that has caused the whole detection process to freeze. I am getting this message again “detection requests sent (0/87 complete). Each detection job in the queue is currently averaging a turnaround time of 0 minutes.” I was hoping you could push the import through detection now that I deleted the bad jpg file.
