What Wildbook are you working in?
I am working within FlukeBook
What is the entire URL out of the browser, exactly where the error occurred? Flukebook
Can you describe what the issue is you’re experiencing?
My imports are stuck on the detection and is not moving forward.
These are all the import tasks that I have problems with: 25f2b74c-c33d-4efb-ae12-7d50a0c20973 762def46-5fb4-4068-b0be-6ef866326222 b86534e1-4461-42e8-95df-866e8ec69634 820c3304-49ff-4bbd-bed9-7e7654cf31be ba51071f-666d-46d8-bd3b-9370c8e883e7 5fdb7862-d2a4-421c-81bd-046d6e591695 5b62b1c2-6d93-4e58-b856-40684c77e30c 61898110-50b8-4bf8-ae88-d53db73ab91b 7429d3d9-440a-403c-8e31-80a467c62df6 fb5a8797-150e-4eef-be18-9eb541758605 b0cc03c0-40fa-43a1-8c28-b5afc7e83e21 bb253be2-7b53-4439-bdf2-8fe513191ce1 01fdf48b-dd75-444a-bcdf-7ad63f865d81 0f00f866-bff0-4e55-8765-8d0fcd6336d8 412683c6-2786-456e-947f-2d019a2abb56 43706f8d-18a3-4cfc-9ff3-e9b7f700560e
Can you provide steps on how to reproduce what you’re experiencing?
After saying go to detection, it said 0/5 done within 0 minutes. But some of them where not done within days. So I tried again and still the same issue.
If this is a bulk import report, send the spreadsheet to services@wildme.org with the email subject line matching your bug report
I can help you faster if you can provide the direct link to each import so I don’t have to search for each one manually by its ID.
I know that there was an issue with WBIA not completing detections/IDs for the last few days that’s been resolved. I can restart detections on those when you provide the bulk import links.
Thank you! I re-sent all of these imports to detection. It looks like Flukebook has a pretty large queue to complete right now. Let me know if you don’t see any progress and I can take another look.
It looks like Stenella coeruleoalba wasn’t configured for detection yet in Flukebook. One quick way to check is to make a manual annotation. If no IA classes are available in the drop-down menu, detection isn’t configured.
