What is the entire URL out of the browser, exactly where the error occurred?
Can you describe what the issue is you’re experiencing?
The import is stuck in detection since last Friday. I checked the import sheet but cannot find a potential error.
Can you provide steps on how to reproduce what you’re experiencing?

I had a quick look and I think the bulk import has the taxonomy slightly incorrect (just enough to block detection) - I checked this encounter: Wildbook for Carnivores | Login
and I can see that the species labelling from the spreadsheet is: Panthera Panthera instead of Panthera pardus.
If you delete the bulk import, fix the spreadsheet and then re-import the file and photos, you should be good.

@ACWadmin1 is right; detection won’t start because the taxonomy needs to be updated.
