What happened? I did the bulk imports a while ago as part of other bulk imports, I just got to these bulk imports to start the matching process and as much as the ‘Identification’ icon at the top of the webpage indicated ‘Complete’, the ‘Send to Identification’ at the bottom of the page remained active…so I resent them to Identification (advise whether this was necessary from my end). I did this because the other bulk imports whose matching process I had completed had the ‘Send to Identification’ button at the bottom greyed out.
The imports resent have been stuck there since. I need to know that it’s probably because of loads of tasks running, and not stuck just because.
What did you expect to happen?
What are some steps we could take to reproduce the issue?
