Can you describe what the issue is you’re experiencing?

I have re-uploaded this bulk import a second because the detection wasn’t moving at all after 3 days. I don’t see any progression on this one either.

Can you provide steps on how to reproduce what you’re experiencing?

I just uploaded the bulk import and send to detection

These images are much larger than recommended, which is contributing to how long detection and identification takes. We recommend images no larger than 3MB each. Some of the images in this import are 18MB or more.

Thank you for your answer. I didn’t realize this as I recently changed equipment.
