Can you describe what the issue is you’re experiencing?
It appears that both of my most recent bulk imports are stuck in the detection phase. Currently Wildbook is saying, “detection requests sent (0/105 complete). Each detection job in the queue is currently averaging a turnaround time of 0 minutes.” I uploaded these on Thursday or Friday and no progress has been made since. I was hoping that someone would be able to push them through detection.

Thanks for letting us know! Your spreadsheets and images look good, so I’ve re-sent these to detection. I’ll follow up later to make sure they’ve completed.
