What is the entire URL out of the browser, exactly where the error occurred?

Can you describe what the issue is you’re experiencing? I have uploaded a bulk sheet since JAN but still not approved (5cd48137-b991-41c3-91f6-e1cf62dd0b09)

Can you provide steps on how to reproduce what you’re experiencing?

If this is a bulk import report, send the spreadsheet to services@wildme.org with the email subject line matching your bug report

Hi @mkhayat

It looks like this import got stuck in detection. I just re-sent it and when it completes, you will be able to send it to identification. In general, if it’s been a day since you uploaded an import and it hasn’t progressed, let us know so we can troubleshoot.

Thank you; now I can see that the detection is complete, but the identification is marked as skipped.

Thanks for letting me know. I’ve forced this through identification and it’s processing now.
