Bulk Upload - photographer name not coming through

When performing a bulk upload this is the details I have in the excel:

Encounter.mediaAsset0 Encounter.year Encounter.month Encounter.day Encounter.locationID Encounter.submitterID Encounter.state Encounter.genus Encounter.specificEpithet Encounter.sex Encounter.country

However, when the bulk upload went through none of the photos included the photographer name or email. E.g. Sharkbook: Wildbook for Sharks

Based on the fields listed in your example, the Encounter.photographer0.emailAddress field is missing. Without it, it won’t save the photographer email address on the encounter.

Encounter.photographer0.fullName is also needed to display the photographer’s name. Note that the name field will only save when the photographer email field is present. You can reference our help doc on submitter fields in bulk import for more details: Bulk Import — Wildbook documentation
